Refund and Cancellation Policy - Sohna Hospitality (Gurgaon)
1. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will result in a charge for the full reservation amount.
- No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for the full reservation amount.
2. Refund Process
- Eligible Refunds: Amounts will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. Modifications to Bookings
- Date Changes: Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Changes made less than 24 hours before the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
- Room Type Changes: Subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
4. Non-Refundable Rates
