1. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will result in a charge for the full reservation amount.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for the full reservation amount.

2. Refund Process

• Eligible Refunds: Amounts will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
